First Day Working Experience!

I'm currently updating my blog with my sister's laptop. no, not in my working place. I'm at my made up bed, which is infront of the TV, listening to Old Hog's TV ad.

Happy!

Hope I could do this more often. i mean, using this laptop. But sadly im only using this because of my sick PC, currently in a PC shop, somewhere near my work place.

Proud

Okay, that's a long introduction. If you had read my previous entry, I am now an employee. Heep, heep, HOPRAY! Yeah! That's what I felt when I first know about my successful appliance. I am now currently working in a shoe shop (is there any other name for it? Cause I really don't know) at The Store here in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

The name of the shoe shop I work at is Popular In. One funny thing about the name is when we had to answer phone calls. We'll say, "Hello, Popular In...", and when I first listened to that, i imagined, the other person on the other sode of the line said, "Popular Out".

Hahaha.

Forced LOL

Okay maybe it's not that funny, but just laugh for goodness sake.

Including me and the boss, there are a total of 7 people working here in Popular In. I won't tell you their names. Not that you know my real name either. Hehehe... Okay. So what do we do in a shoe shop? Well, pratically we had to eopn up our shop in 10.30am every mornig. LOL, who could sell stuffs if you don't open up your shop? Anyway, they had this like weekly schedule, in which every Monday would be a clean-up day.

And sadly I had to do those clean-up stuffs (more like grown-up stuffs. Yuck, porn)

ArgHHH *going crazy*

Anyway, I had to clean-up all the shoes in the shop. Yes. ALL of them. Hundreds, I should say. So then I clean them up. I used an old cloth given by a leng chai that had work a long time there. And he was the boss's son. I had to clean-up the ladies' shoe racks.

At first, I only clean up the racks. Then the leng chai said that I also need to clean-up the shoes. Thinking that doing both was too much (yes, I do aware that I was paid to do works), and that the racks were a waste to wash (hey, customers wanted to buy shoes, not checking either the racks were spotless or not!), so I opt to only wash the shoes, not the racks, or shelves. Whatever.

Then, a leng lui, or a girl, - since she is a Malay, went to look at the shelves that I had cleaned up. She swept her finger acroos the shelves, and there were dust smeared on her finger. And I was like OMG!!! And she had to clean-up the whole shelves again. From here I knnow that we'll have a rocky and bumpy relationship, as a co-worker though.

Later that evening, the leng chai brought me up stairs. You see, this Popular In had two outlet. One in the basement level, and one in 1st floor. And they pratically displayed the same items, just that they need that extra space for storage. Upstair, the shop was 'guarded' by three leng lui. one is an original leng luui, a Chinese girl, and two Malay girls. Still most of them - which meant all of them except for me, speak Malayinese, in which meaning Malay in a Chinese dialect.

And that sucks!

Boring

Anyway, in the business of selling shoes, - or Popular In style to be accurate, we, the workers, will receive a 1% commission with every paying customer. In example, if a customer paid RM100.00, I will receive an amount of RM1.00 (yippie!).

YAY!!!!!

Okay so in other word, we will need a stuntgun in order to stunt the other worker so that we will have ALL the customers to ourselves and all the commission will be in our own name!

Hehehehe

And at the end of the day, anyone will say that working in a shoe shop is a lucrative. Or so I thought at first. Heads up, it is very not true. If not by this time everyone will work in a shoe shop and no one to buy shoe! Hah!

Actually working in a shoe company is not as a happy job as any other customer service job, like waiters in a restaurant or a cashier in a convinient store and bookstore. The main reason would be because you would have exactly NOTHING to do when there are no customers. Okay maybe that's little bit off, but yeah, I really do have nothing to do when there are no customers.

Especially when I'm working downstairs. It's boring down there. Even the female workers upstairs said that sales were better upstairs rather than downstairs.

Sleepy n Boring

But I really had to listen to my boss. If he said down, down I'll shall go. If he said up, then up it is. And almost every tiime I'm at downstairs I got nothing to do, or should I say I don't know what to do and the seniors didn't tell me what to do. And I really can't take up the idea of them wanting me to know like almost everything whilst I really am new there.

Still, work is best and great! But very tiring. VERY! You need to at least run a couple of flight of stairs before you can reach the store on the 1st floor. And you will still need to run to find the correct shoes and the correct size. But all the run and the search and the friend that you can make is fun and very adventurous.

So my advise to those that would be working for the 1st time is that you need to be barve and bold (taken from Batman : The Brave and The Bold). You musn't be scared and shy about asking and learning, especially when the big guys are there. Show that you are willing to learn and that they are not wrong in picking you up to join the team.

So that's it. I'll update later on my later experience in working and also about my co-workers (pictures maybe will be included). Thank you for not reading nor commenting.

See ya when I see ya!

The Return of Dr. Zomboss Jr.!!

Hahahaha

No it's nothing really. It's just my niece. She had just returned from her 'other' kampung. She spent like a week there. And an intel there (my sister, really, her mother) told us that she was just recovering from a fever and bloated stomach.

Check out my sexy pose! Phewitt!!!

Yup... She's still on bottle. Well, she is still a year and a half, or so.

This is she before my mom, her granny put on some oil on her stomach.

That is my mom's hand. "Do we really need to put that oil on my stomach? It just air you know in my stomach. Not some 4-legged tarta sauce!"

Oh poor baby~~

Anyway I've just read this article by Hanis Zalikha (she's the one whom I wrote about in this entry, well not that much). In this entry she tells about her secret of becoming a famous blogger. Ohhh I can't wait to become one LOL!!

And I've also decided to join Nuffnang Malaysia, kind of AdSense by Google. Yeah, making money babe!!! I hoped that I get the money in one month. Please please please please. Oh and by the way I did not do this because it was posted in Hanis Zalikha's entry, no no no!

Hoh! I guess now is the time to tell you that it is almost 12 PM and I really do should try to get to sleep, now considering that I have to go to work tomorrow!

OMG I"M WORKING TOMORROW!!!

Okay, buhbye now. And thanks for not reading and not commenting on anything that you don't read.

Foot note:
I think I'm the only one who is thanking (is that a word?) my readers - if there are any, for not reading and not commenting on anything that they have read because it is true. And if you really do read any of my post, please kindly leave a trail for me. I'm lost. Seriously. Or at least you can just tick on those little three boxes below. At least I would know that someone had read my entry. Or at least you can just cheer me up. Thank you for not reading this foot note.

Fuhh~~~

At Last!

I really do need to calm down.

Hehehe...

Guess what?

Who? Me? I know nothing...

I got the most BRILLIANT news to tell you.

But lets not spoil the beans when the soup ain't ready. It'll ruin the taste of the bean don't you think? Hahaha

Okay whatever! I know nothing about any bean soup nor the taste of it because I personally hate the taste of bean. Give me any bean, I'll hate it. Green pea, red kidney bean, black eyed pea
(not THE Black Eyed Peas) and also other peas or beans that may come to concern.

Sleepy n Boring

Umm...

So, this morning I woke up kind of early. And I went outside for a jog. A jog around the park. I didn't wear my spectacles as I am a very self conscious. Still, even without my specs, I still am a little bit self conscious if not over the board.

Don't be stupid!

I thought (I THOUGHT, I don't if it's for real or what) I say two men looking at me. Huhuhu they're watching me (self conscious, proven).

~Blush~

Anyway later this evening I got this call for an uncle, or should I say, the owner of the shoe shop that I went in in my quest of finding a job. He called and said that I get the job.

I GOT THE JOB!!!!!

WOAHHHHH!!!!!

Hehehe. So that's the big news that I wanted to tell you! Thank you for not reading.
And a very huge hugs and kisses for those that doesn't post any comments for any of my post.

Buhbye

XOXO

Getting myself a new pair of jeans...

Today, these scoundrels woke me up.

Lost Hope

This is Amirul Hakim. Everyone call him Amirul. He is the 1st son.

This is Maisara, 2nd after Hakim. Everybody calls her Kakak, because she was once the only daugther in the family.

This is Adiana Laila. She is the 3rd child. Her family calls her Yana, for some reason.

This is the last 'installment', if I might say, to the family. *I forgotten his name*

It's like, a storm in a bed, if you know what I mean. My mom raised these kids, well, literally. My mom was a baby-sitter for several years, which also include some other kids. And they seem to be stuck with us even when they're no longer with my mom.

For real??

Today, my PC is still sick. Not that I ever know when my PC is healthy.

Despaired

But luckily, I had done some shopping today and end up with some new jeans! Well, they are not that new, because these are from a bundle shop down the block. And I got them for RM20.00 only which was a bargain!!

This white jeans had a brown stitches was actually found by my Lil' sister. She said it looks like something that will be wear by Yong Ji Ho. (^o^)

I found this black jeans. It doesn't really has that fading colour effect, so it look so fresh and new!

Previously I went to Kepong Jaya Jusco Shopping Mall and saw some Chargers long pants that cost around RM30.00 after discounts. Lucky I didn't grab them. The reason for me nothing buying that pants even after my mom offer me with that pants was that I don't know my waist size in alphabet.

WhatThe...

And I was like, WHAT THE FUDGE?! They should have used Rome numeral, that would be fun! Anyway now that I can get two beautiful pants and even save RM10.00 if compared to one Chargers long pant, I can say that I am very satisfied!

Happy!

I needed these jeans because I've been using this black cargo for a LONG time now. I first bought it at Cameron Highland for RM25.00, which I still remember because I actually bargained and got RM5.00 off.

I think I need a bath because after going to the bundle shop it was raining and some hit my head. I better get some shower before I get back my fever + my dreadful headache...

BATH TIME!!!

Job Hunt!

I hate looking for a job.

DIEDIEDIE!!!

Oh yeah, I did my job looking today. And I hate it.

I went to the nearest The Store here, ending up being rejected for like 8 out of ten shops. Why? It would be mainly about gender. Everybody want a GIRL promoter, GIRL sales assistant, GIRL this, GIRL that. I was like, WHAT THE FUDGE!!!! You think guys don't need work? Then just how you think we put up food in the plate, you mother fudgers!!! Argh! I hate it.

Heart Broken

Imagine this. You saw an ad up in the wall of the shop saying that there are vacancies for sales promoter full time/half time. It also list all the benefits that you may get if you work there. So you went inside, just to try your luck. You then spoke with the girl behind the counter.

You said, "Um, I saw that ad about vacancies for sales promoter. Is it still open?".

And then the girl looked behind her to another girl, who was polishing her nail, and they spoke in Mandarin, so you won't understand. I won't understand actually. Anyway then the girl looked back at you and said, "Oh, sorry. We only wanted girls. Sorry".

Aarghh

And that's what happened to me, for countless times! This is so stupid! If you only wanted girls, then say it out loud before I came in to your shop! Type it big and clear that YOU only want GIRLS! THEN I won't be going into your damn shop!

That's so damn easy that your damn mind can't even think of the damn idea! That's STUPID!

I hate it SO damn much! I mean, why would you only wanted girls? Aren't guys good enough? Can't guys do works also? What, are guys only for show?

Photobucket

Luckily, there are two shops that I went and was generous enough to ask me my phone number. One even ask me to fill up an application form. I hope I get any job, because I really do need one.

Happy!

Congratulation to NAZIM for hooking up a job and may you be as rich as you want to be.
